Expectations:
1. Everyone must show up tidy and recently showered. I will ask anyone to shower if I am uncomfortable with their level of cleanliness.
2. We must talk in person for 5- 10 minutes prior to the meeting to establish clear boundaries
3. Don’t haggle Donations
4. If you violate my personal boundaries during the appointment, your appointment will immediately terminate
5. To confirm your appointment, I will ask you to fill out an intake form that will include a simple screening process.
6. Screening involves two simple pictures and is to confirm who you are for my own personal safety.
7. You must disclose all sexual health concerns prior to the date, including STDs
Cancellation policy: Please give me 24 hours notice when you need to cancel an appointment. If you cancel within 12 hours of the appointment, I may choose to not book you again.

New Client Intake Form
If this is your first time seeing me, I will send you an intake form that asks for your basic information and has a short screening process. This only takes a minute or two to fill out and it helps me be more comfortable knowing what to expect from you!
